Here at Hendersons, we have been very proud of the students that we have helped over our history. The hard work of the children combined with the workshops provided and support of family, have meant that hundreds, if not thousands of young people have been able to achieve their goals on their educational journey.
As a way of celebrating some of the many successes, we are asking for some of our alumni to tell their personal stories so that we can share each month in our eNews. After getting into selective schools and accelerated programs or gaining scholarships, students have gone on to university and achieved their aims and started careers in their chosen field. While we know children have gone on to be doctors and lawyers, scientists and mathematicians, we also have stories of Hendersons alumni that have had amazing experiences and careers in a whole range of endeavours. It is not always about getting high profile places, we want to hear about the students that found their place in the world and are now making a positive contribution to society.
If you or your son / daughter are happy to share your story, we can have it as part of a collection of journeys that may inspire current and future students.
Please email your story to firstname.lastname@example.org for the attention of Brianna and look out for the first one in our March eNews.
